A warm welcome awaits everybody.
The first people you will meet in the gym is Ric Mash or Paul O'Connell our Fitness Professionals. They will discuss with you your aims and ideas then show you around the gym so you can get accustomed with the equipment.
The following session they will go through the personal programme written for you and make sure you are comfortable with all the equipment and exercises. They will keep an eye on you over the first few sessions until you become confident in your fitness routine.
Your progress and fitness programme will be assessed on a regular basis.
