Circuits with Helen
Thursdays 10-11am in the gym - Free for SCG members - £6 for non-members.
Join Helen on a Thursday morning for her weekly circuit class.
The circuits are a mixture of resistance training and cardio exercises that can be done at your own intensity so are good for both beginners and more experienced exercisers alike.
The classes are fun and varied with a great social element too!
Participants can also stay behind afterwards for tea/coffee, biscuits and a chat so why not contact us for more details...
